ND Pathway Support

4YP is here to help families take that first small step back towards the future they deserve, because children with special educational needs and disabilities, and their families, should never struggle in silence behind closed doors.

We are working together with Suffolk Mind and Home-Start Suffolk to support parents and carers of children and young people aged 5-18 who have been accepted for a Neurodevelopmental assessment or have a diagnosis through the pathway.

One-to-one parent/carer support, virtual parent/carer peer support group and parent/carer and child face-to-face groups are being provided by Home-Start Suffolk. One-to-one counselling and social group support is being provided by 4YP. Parent/carer and child workshops are being provided by Suffolk Mind.
