This notice sets out how For Children & Young People (hereinafter referred to as “The Company” or ”4YP”) collects and uses data and cookies you provide when using the 4YP website.

The organisation recognises other services are the experts at what they do. As such, the 4YP website contains links to other sources that could be useful and of interest, including those that the company subscribes to (such as MailChimp for our newsletter mailing list).
While we only link to services we trust, if you select a link to visit an external page or site and thereby leave the 4YP website, we do not have control over, nor accept responsibility for the:
- content of that website
- information they collect and process
- protection and privacy of any information you provide

The Company occasionally hosts polls on the 4YP website, which may be embedded from other websites or services such as Twitter or Facebook. As stated in the Privacy Notice, identifiable information provided remains secure and the data used for purposes such as reports is made anonymous before use.
