Family run the Half Marathon to fundraise for 4YP

Here’s a massive THANKYOU to the family of Aaron ‘Clax’ Claxton, who came out in force to run the Ipswich Half Marathon in his memory and who raised over £1500 for 4YP. Clax’s daughter, Hope, is still learning to carry on with life without her Dad and best friend. She has been receiving counselling at 4YP and been going along to their holiday clubs and their weekly youth groups. Hope’s aunt, Claire Last told us, “Hope has been coming out of 4YP with a smile on her face and is always talking about them. It’s so lovely to see her smiling again and to know she has people she can talk to about everything that’s on her mind. She also gets to meet other young people who maybe going through similar things”.
“The Ipswich Half Marathon was a great day filled with lots of emotions and it was great that we could do it for 4YP. It was also so lovely to have our family there as our biggest cheerleaders!”
