Peter Broughton

Peter is a Programme Manager in the local health system and has worked for the NHS for almost a decade. He studied Business Management at the University of Suffolk and continues to reside locally since he graduated.
Before moving to Ipswich in 2016, Peter accessed mental health services in Norfolk as a young person, this was a key driver in Peter wanting to join the board at 4YP. He is passionate about equality, diversity, inclusion, mental health advocacy as well as LGBTQ+ rights.
Outside of work Peter enjoys getting back to nature and spending time with friends and family.
