Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council’s Youth Social Prescribing
Together The Mix and 4YP provide Youth Link Workers to four secondary schools and their feeder primary schools, across two district councils, working with individuals and cohorts of young people to improve their wellbeing.
The Youth Link Workers work with each young person and their family to identify and access community activities that suit their interests and improve their wellbeing and provide activities within the school setting that are co-designed with young people and school teams e.g., gender groups and after school groups.
