In 2023 4YP became a member of the Warm Handovers Referral Scheme; a trusted and coordinated network of statutory, voluntary and independent sector organisations, who provide healthcare, financial or wellbeing support services to young people who are Suffolk residents. This enables referrals to be made and received for people who would benefit from what different organisations offer and means that they only need to tell their story once.
