This fun group helps develop an interest in games, sport, and exercise, which can benefit health for a lifetime.
It highlights how being fit isn’t difficult, expensive, or boring.
We love to see how shy and lonely young people joining this group make such strong friendships.
Plus, the countryside of Suffolk is a great natural resource, so Walk & Talk explores how this can be accessed and used to provide health benefits.
We also explore the link between food, physical health, and emotional wellbeing (mood). Sometimes with some cooking.
