A Message from Suffolk Young People’s Health Project
Taking into consideration the Government guidance regarding the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Suffolk Young People’s Health Project has decided to provide online services. Access to the 4YP building in Lower Brook Street is unavailable until further notice. Nevertheless don’t threat we are still here! Therefore, until further notice, counselling and youth services will be provided by Skype, Zoom, or telephone.
We will still be providing a ‘drop-in’ service however this will be carried out online through Google Hangouts. To access this please use the google hangouts app or log on via google online and contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org. This is free to access for young people between 10am and 5pm.
Maybe things are getting on top of you and you could use a caring, listening ear. Perhaps you’re having trouble finding accommodation or employment. Or maybe you just want somewhere to hang out, meet new people and get involved in fun activities. Drop in and have a chat with a Young People’s Worker – they’re here to listen without judgement and will help in whatever way they can.
4YP’s Young People’s Workers can also offer advice around sexual health and you can sign up to the C-Card scheme with us.
We recommend you visit the iCash sexual health nurses at Terrence Higgins Trust and The Orwell Clinic for advice on sex and relationships, STI screening or contraceptive supplies.
Come to see us, without an appointment, during our opening times:
Please see above for current restriction details.
Monday – Friday, 10am-5pm
At other times, call us on 01473 252607 – if we can’t get to the phone, leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can – or email us on email@example.com
